A real villain changes a narrator 2 books in to his series just because he can . To the dismay of all his uk audience what a horrible person
A good villain is sometimes one that’s absolutely evil, but can be seen as “Well played.” (That is, you can appreciate their actions as well thought-out or at least good strategy.)
Alternatively, they can be someone the audience stops very close to agreeing with.
