German Tour: Vienna Recap!
Posted by Karen
Hey everyone! Peat is finally back from his German Tour and boy was it a doozy. We’ve got a bunch of recaps lined up, so let’s get started!
First up on this awesome tour of awesomeness was Vienna. Peat visited the Albertine Museum. Monet demons? Water lily demons? Hmm..
After a bit of sightseeing, it was time to head over to Frick bookstore. They had fliers, posters, a display, the whole shebang. There’s nothing better to make an author feel welcome than a great setup.
A short time before the event, everything looked great. The only thing left was for people to start showing up…
Peat had nothing to worry about! There was a great turnout for his first appearance and every was incredibly welcoming.
Peat took a bunch of pictures with his fans, these are just a few. Here’s Bettina and Klaus showing off their radiant smiles:
Petra and Peat posed for a photo in black and white:
Johannes and Irene came from 300 miles away to attend the signing. Talk about dedication. Like I’ve always said, Demon Cycle fans are the best fans:
Nadya surprised Peat with an in-person gift of fanart:
Absolutely gorgeous:
Thanks to everybody who came to Frick! It’s always a challenge arranging events overseas, but you guys make it all worthwhile. All in all, this was the perfect start to his tour.
