  1. I say Abban, because think about it, both deliverers have been good at fighting, both have killed many demons, Abban can’t do that, he cant fight, he’d need to travel the world and inspire people with his words alone.

  2. Abban.

Amidst all the chaos, he’s the one who can unite everyone – via trade. At the end of the day, everyone needs the basics, food, water, shelter.
Abban knows his plans and will exceedingly provide for all coming to him.

Maybe even barter a trade with The Core. Because that’s what he does, and nobody better at striking deals than him.
Obviously the most underrated character ever!

  3. It would have to be Leesha – she has been in the series since the beginning and her character has grown incredibly – flaws and all.
She is just a woman, not special or amazing, but she is kind and good and would sacrifice herself for the greater good.

  4. Wait. So there is ONE deliverer and it’s not like Arlen says that everyone is a deliverer then? Ok. If I could choose freely I’d say Leesha after the last book. Rojer was kind of my number 1 though because of his fiddle magic which seemed to come from nowhere. But Leesha… she knows how to lead, how to take advice (sometimes) and could make executive decisions when needed.
However this is also a sort of religious question so it might well be Leesha’s child. Or it could be Mudboy. It would feel fitting for the deliverer to be the result of an alliance between old enemies.
But whoever it is I can’t wait to read about it and put the hints together.

  5. Ah, I should have phrased better. If there is only one deliverer, who would it be?

I don’t know if there is or not. As much as I peek over Peat’s shoulder, I haven’t gotten -that- tidbit yet…

  6. The next deliverer…
    interesting quetion.
Well…I think Roger would be a good deliverer, but he died at the end of the fourth book (sorry for the spoiler). I think Dorn would be a good savior, because he knows demons much, and how to fight against them. He has also survived as a child many years in the wilderness, (Arlen only one Night^^).

  7. Leesha’s child, born of both North and South with their best (and worst) traits and being of “one” tribe like Jadir. As part of Hollow county that could unite the north and Krasia that could re-unite the south.

  8. I would say the next deliverer is Leeshas child.
Both nations mixed even genders in the child.
That we could call true unity for people.
Just need to train the child both in body and mind.

Fun plot twist as option 2:

What about a traitorous mind demon?
Minds can manipulate people and hide in darkness.
Killing both actual deliverers and take place betraying its own kin too. Would be hell of a ride.
