Look at the determination of young Arlen Bales in this pen & ink by character designer and comic book artist Ben Hennessy. This is a kid who’s not gonna take it anymore.
Ben mentioned he was thinking about starting The Painted Man again, “But this time round I’ll take some notes of the characters, what they look like & the clothes they wear, etc. then do some character designs. In the meantime here’s one off the top of my head.”
I can’t wait to see what Ben creates after his Painted Man revisit!
